Develop sustainable humanitarian aid standards and programs by evaluating all situations requiring humanitarian aid and corresponding aid methods, types, amounts, priorities, collection, transportation, and logistics,
Plan and implement effective, adequate, and sustainable humanitarian aid organizations by prioritizing the needs of the people in our country and neighboring countries, as well as those who need assistance and are unable to access it according to global standards,
Develop aid and organization strategies in the areas of rescue, communication, health, shelter, safety and protection, clean water and food, clothing, energy, transportation, education, production, social, cultural, economic, environmental, and development,
Work towards the integration and institutionalization of national and international humanitarian aid and relief organizations.

Conducting social and scientific studies on the causes of hunger in the world and developing exemplary and sustainable gradual projects and organizations to prevent them,
Establishing programs and facilities that will enable groups at risk of hunger, with priority given to such groups, to access clean water and food urgently, and providing in-kind and cash assistance,
Establishing sustainable facilities and programs in proximity to groups at constant risk of hunger for the provision of clean water, basic agricultural and livestock activities, and production, storage, and distribution of food items,
Assisting and collaborating with local relevant organizations for individuals or small groups at risk of hunger.

To conduct social and scientific studies to prevent the reasons for poverty of communities living below the poverty line in the world, and to develop exemplary and sustainable gradual projects and organizations,
To develop emergency aid programs that can be reached by communities at high risk of poverty, and to provide in-kind and cash aid,
To develop sustainable programs for free and easy access to temporary housing, healthcare, security, advocacy of rights, and education services for the poor,
In addition to employment, access to production tools, production efficiency, evaluation of production products, entrepreneurship, skills, and vocational training, to develop national plans, projects, and effective programs on social services, social support, and management of work risks for working poor,
To operate in areas that are compatible with the organization’s vision and mission, such as assisting and collaborating with relevant local organizations for poor individuals or small groups.
