ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the terms and conditions regarding the donation of a certain amount of money by the Donor to the Donation Receiver through the online system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 3 – PROVISIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.1 – Donation Amount:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The donation amount will be determined by the Donor by selecting the options available on the Donation Receiver’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2 – Donation Methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2.1 The Donor will donate using the payment method of their choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2.2. The donation can be made through online system using credit\/debit card or by bank transfer (EFT\/SWIFT) to the bank accounts specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2.3. The Donor may choose any donation method they prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3 – Donation Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3.1. The Donor acknowledges and declares that the donations made under this Agreement are not subject to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3.2. The Donor acknowledges and declares that they do not have the right of withdrawal or recourse for the donation made under this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3.3. The Donor acknowledges and declares that they cannot request any refund for the donation made under this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 4 – JURISDICTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the implementation of this Agreement, the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are exclusively authorized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARTICLE 5 – EFFECTIVENESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This 5 (five) article Agreement has been electronically executed by the Parties, by being read and accepted by the Donor through the donation website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
